We are a school dedicated to raising outcomes for children by delivering brilliant teaching through an exciting curriculum. We are one school of a MAT of six C of E schools based in South East Cornwall and are seeking a committed and fun teaching assistant to support learning each morning, Monday to Friday.

We have the following permanent vacancy at St Martin’s CE Primary School – PSA – Parent Support Adviser – Support Staff – NJC F6 -FTE £20,953 Actual £14,052

Do you believe every child deserves a fantastic school experience and to achieve well, regardless of starting points? Are you committed to inclusion?

We are seeking an empathic and understanding person to act as an advocate for the families at our school in Liskeard. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic person who will fit into our team.

Working 30 hours a week, you will support families with learning, signposting to other areas of early help, as required and raising school attendance. You will ideally have experience in safeguarding procedures and an understanding/experience of working with outside agencies to make sure every child is enabled to access the education they deserve.

The right person is more important than qualifications as training will be provided.
